By using the MailFlow website (mailflow.sh) or purchasing a MailFlow commercial license, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase a license.
MailFlow is self-hosted, open-source software distributed under the AGPL-3.0 license. Personal and open-source use is free. The software is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind.
We do not operate a hosted version of MailFlow. You are responsible for your own deployment, server security, backups, and data.
Purchasing a commercial license grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive right to deploy one instance of MailFlow for commercial purposes without the obligations of AGPL-3.0. One license covers one installation.
Payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record. All billing disputes are subject to Paddle's terms. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
MailFlow is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We make no guarantees that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MailFlow and its author shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software or website, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or security breaches of your self-hosted instance.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site or software after changes constitutes acceptance.
