Short version: If you're not satisfied with your commercial license purchase, contact us within 14 days and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
We offer a full refund on commercial license purchases made within the last 14 days. To request a refund, email matthias@mailflow.sh with your order details (your name and the email address used at checkout is sufficient).
Refunds are processed via Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method and bank.
Refund requests after 14 days are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you've encountered a significant issue that prevents you from using the software as described, get in touch and we'll do our best to find a fair resolution.
